The Flick Management System (FMS) is an integrated digital platform designed to streamline internal operations across Flick Global. It centralizes daily tasks, project tracking, studio bookings, HR operations, invoices, and team management into one unified and user-friendly system.As the Senior UX/UI Designer, I led the design process from research to final interface delivery. My responsibilities included:- Conducting user research and mapping workflows for different departments.- Designing a clean, intuitive dashboard to improve accessibility and efficiency.- Developing a consistent design system to maintain visual and functional harmony.- Collaborating closely with the tech team to ensure usability and responsive performance.- Testing and refining prototypes based on team feedback to enhance user experience.The result was a scalable and efficient management system that enhanced productivity, improved transparency, and reflected Flick’s modern, design-driven culture.
